This is because Norwegian society has almost no morals. The state pays out big cash bonanzas to single mothers and when it comes to a choice between a stable family unit, and big cash for the mother , the mother will go for the money everytime.

Beware any young men making thier way in life and meeting a Norwegian girl. They are nice as pie when you meet them , but they are ruthless and will ditch you when you become “impractical” to them. Kid or no kid involved.

American women are the same. Asian women are not this way. Catholic women are better than American women.

I lived in Norway for two years. This is as best as civilization can get. Next time when you criticise Norway, ensure you are smoking!!

Interesting view you have there. It is a good thing that in Norway they have a solution so you wont be stuck in a marriage just because of a financial situations. And besides, it doesnt matter if you are a single mom or dad – same right to be able to manage without being on wealthfare!

I AM a doctor from Mumbai India. I have very pleasant memories of Norway when I was there 2 years ago. A Super Rich Beautiful Country
    full of such nice people.
However the Tourist Guide at that beautiful heavenly place called Liekanger told us about the problems of Alcoholism, depression and
50 % divorce rate we all were amazed and aghast.
Is it the long winter , lack of sunshine or is it too much of prosperity
, that is causing such problems. Can some one enlighten me.
We in India face problems , a thousand time more in gravity, but
are much better off in comparison.

      Sharad,
You have gotten it all wrong. When India (or any country for that matter) reachers a financial and social wellbeing that Norway has, the rate of divorce will be worse.
Erg, the (1st) caveman, did not divorse his wife. But would you want to live such life?

Nobody wants to live like a caveman…
At the same time, if you are not a caveman, it doesn’t mean that you have to divorce..
People think that divorce is a libaration and financial freedom..
That is utmost stupidity.. they are lazy, coward, irresponsible idiots..
When Nowray is so rich why youpeople still go for single parenting and go behind money? retards
Basically, it equates to having no culture.

        Dear J R,
I can understand a divorce rate of say 10-20 percent as the education and prosperity rises . But. 50 percent – is way too high . I would prefer to belong to a slightly less prosperous
Nation in that case. My mental well being is more important to me than the Ferrari parked in my villa

Uh the original message is pretty spot on. Norway is a trash society and a shining example of the ole saying “its better to be lucky than smart”. The only reason Norway isn’t a 3rd world poop hole at this point is they got luckey and discovered oil in the North Sea. 20% of all pregnancies end in abortion in Norway. 70% of norwegians report having had a 1 night stand. 4k Norwegians (out of only 4.5million) every year are hospitalized for alcohol poisoing and over 4k girls 15 or younger have an abortion every YEAR. There were 50k traitors convicted in Norway after WWII and 20k babies born to Nazi fathers. (not rape).

My wife was born in Norway and migrated due to the society over there, in her words it makes her sick to her stomach. Its a shit hole were parents care more about their next opportunity to get drunk than they do their own children. The NO gov started giving out free money for having children because family values are so low in that country that the people were actually dwindling. More were dying than were being born.

    Watcher22,
You have cleverly omited where you are from.
It does not matter what you say. The Norwegians (Nordics in general) know where they stand in word peace.

When you have time, please see the following site:

I am sure you would not (want to) comprehend what this means!!

Children do better when raised by both a father and mother.
Parents should put the wellbeing of their children first.
Don’t have babies if you can’t give them 100%
